Gaston Mercier Saddlery Evaluation Center
Located in the farmhouse « Mas de Vinaigre » in 3300 ft (1000 meters) of altitude, the Gaston Mercier Saddlery Evaluation Center include : space for horses, a 240 sq.yd (US) horse equipment Store, facilities for horses and riders and help to evaluate a new saddle, and make recommendations as to what your horse requires in a saddle. We have also many different horses to try our horse saddles.
Reportage : The Marathippo Endurance Race
Concept created by Gaston MERCIER in the 90's to increase the popularity of Equestrian Endurance Race.
The Marathippo Race is a Marathon Race by Horse with teams of two riders, open to everyone, in a funny and pedagogical way.
The course is going across the tracks and meadows of the Levezou Mount (Aveyron, France), on a distance of 15.5 Miles.
The Marathippo Race start at the Mas de Vinaigre.
